Works with incarcerated writers on their projects. Provides critique primarily through written letters about the work, as well as handwritten marks on the work itself. Sources and scans in additional resources such as selected prose and essays on craft and writing philosophy. Maintains a correspondence with incarcerated over the course of months, with all communications facilitated by a Mentor Coordinator.

Lawyers for Good Government, Reproductive Health Assistance Program Volunteer, May 2023 – Present
Monitors media from various local sources to report important developments in reproductive justice. Reports on articles are reviewed by Lawyers for Good Government, and if accepted, are added to a national database available to lawyers, lawmakers, and health care professionals.

Supports the shop and roasting operations through production assistance, creation of advertising materials, and giving input regarding operational decisions. Works with a small, productive team to serve the best coffee in the twin cities.
